We cultivate artistic creation within our academic community as a vital practice of cultural knowledge production. We understand the arts as a form of situated knowledge—one that questions established certainties, engages in critical dialogue with its context, and generates new meaning for our times.

  • Collaboration: We promote projects where creation and research intersect, activating collaborations between artists, academics, and students.
  • Support: We finance internal initiatives and those in alliance with national cultural institutions.
  • Management: We assist creators and artists in developing projects through the Cultural Donations Law, public funds, and other cultural financing mechanisms.
  • Structure: Our work is organized through a collegiate structure that guides and projects artistic creation as a dynamic field attentive to social, cultural, and political contexts.
